The Oval Tower is a doubly curved landmark building situated in the coastal area of Limassol, Cyprus. The Oval stands at 80m height and consists of 16 commercial floors. SEAMLEXITY took on a holistic BIM approach remodeling and rationalizing the complex geometry and designing the setting out process of the concrete frame and steel substructure as well as panelizing the doubly curved shell. Our team worked closely with the Architects, Engineers and Contractors in order to facilitate the construction of the Tower. Our services included BIM, parametric modelling, setting out management, geometry optimization, shell panelisation and fabrication documentation.
